Broadlake is seeking to hire a CEO to lead Resilience Healthcare, a fully owned Broadlake company. Job Title Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Reporting Relationship Chief Operations Officer (COO) Broadlake Location: Dublin or Ennis based with travel to services across the country. Direct Reports Senior Leadership Team of Resilience Healthcare Purpose of Role The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization. The CEO will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the achievement of ambitious 3X and 10X business goals. This role requires strong leadership delivering excellence in Healthcare services, sales enablement, organizational development, and our operational tools to drive sustainable growth and accountability. About Resilience Healthcare: Resilience Healthcare is an Irish owned health and social care provider, founded in 2011. Through the provision of residential day and community-based services, we support over 300 people with Autism, intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities and people with Prader Willi Syndrome. The company is recognised as delivering the highest standards of care to those that we support. Our approach to increasing positive impact is underpinned by the four HAVE pillars: H - Happy Places, A- Accessibility for everyone; V Value in Our Community: E Environmental Urgency Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at achieving 3X10X growth across all service lines, including organic, domestic and international expansion. Service Delivery: Maintaining and improving on our world class service delivery standards and procedures. Demonstrate a strong Accountability and Responsibility on the current state of 3X performance and the roadmap to achieving milestones as CEO. Business Performance: Deliver on strategic initiatives aligned to budget performance including forecasting and insights across monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews. Sales Optimisation Focus: Own and refine the companys sales engine, overseeing pipeline management, decision-making processes, and conversion performance. 10X Vision & Execution: 10X Mindset & Leadership: Set clear expectations for the SLT regarding 10X goals. Establish foundational 10X principles. Performance Tracking: Establish 10X baseline KPIs to drive integration of10X thinking into all decision-making processes, including budget allocations and workforce efficiency. B Corp Targets: Set and achieve B Corp score targets with frequent external audits, raising the bar on brand impact, sustainability, and quality standards. People & Culture: Performance & Accountability Culture: Implement the talent and performance framework using Broadlake Tools ensuring leaders and functions operate within a structured performance management system. Talent Pyramid Development: Scale leadership teams effectively over the 3X10X journey. Tools & Operational Excellence: Principles-Driven Leadership: Actively integrate company principles into daily decision-making and discussions. Lead regular sessions to reinforce these principles within the organization. Champion our bespoke internal Business Management and People Development Tools as a driver of Culture and Performance: Qualifications & Experience: Required: Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive driving rapid business growth (3X-10X scaling preferred) within a Healthcare setting. Experience of driving quality standards in line with EFQM or similar framework Experience of managing both commercial and clinical professionals as part of a high performing senior management team Applicants should have experience of driving the highest standards of care within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge on healthcare sector in Ireland Desirable: Experience in healthcare innovation, digital health, or service transformation.
