Requirement:
Proactively resolving technical issues before they impact the business priorities and operational
Automation support requests
On-floor support of manufacturing activities. DCS interface to Syncade MES.
Support the smooth running of the site value stream and supply by providing and being part of the AIT Automation Delta V Shift support team.
Ensure supply of high-quality product through ensuring equipment and system availability maximize performance through continuous process improvement initiatives and other relevant operational support requirements
Ensure adherence implementation and execution of local SOPs and technical documentation e.g., Change Management Execution Incident Problem Management Quality Notifications SDLC documentation
Required to comply with company Global Policies Procedures and Guidelines regulatory requirements and execute current good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SDLC/CSV in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions
While Delta V Shift support is the primary focus support and troubleshooting of supporting PLC/HMI and Scada based systems will be required.
Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in Company.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
3 Year Automation Experience in a GMP environment ·
Technical Skills: Any DCS PLC SCADA Emerson Delta V, Foxboro, MES Syncade
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field
