This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in a thriving hotel environment, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations across all departments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.t Our client is a highly regarded hotel property known for its warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and commitment to outstanding guest service. As part of their dedicated management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations and upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Assisting departments with the reservations management system to ensure smooth running and maximisation of available space. Supervising daily food and beverage operations. Assisting with creating and enforcing department policies, targets, and KPIs. Supporting the hiring, training, and management of staff. Assisting with the control of costs, including food cost, labour cost, and overheads. Maintaining strong rapport with guests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard. Acting as the point of contact for guest queries and complaints. Leading daily morning meetings while on duty. Requirements Previous supervisory or duty management experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must be currently living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI. Please note: Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
