Primary Responsibilities Perform complex client pricing reconciliations through contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis in support of OptumRx's client pricing commitments for 3,000+ clients
Interface with account management, contract management, pharmacy accounting, and legal teams in support of meeting client contractual pricing commitments and influencing change in future client contracts
Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve outcomes and maximize client profitability
Deliver timely client reconciliations based upon contractual turnaround times and requests submitted by account management
Prepare month end, and quarter close business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates
Support Client Audit teams in responding to audit inquiries and requests with ad-hoc analysis and reporting utilizing various systems and tools such as SAS, Databricks, SQL, and Tableau
Seeks out new opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or related field
ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified or part qualified
Analytic background with experience managing big data sets and financial modeling
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications PBM experience
SAS and SQL experience
Quantitative and analytical skills, complemented by an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
Experience using Microsoft PowerBI, Databrick, Tableau
Soft Skills Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment
Attention to details
Ability to build solid relationships at all levels, work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Proven success functioning in a dynamic professional environment where responsibilities change regularly
Executive presence, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
