My client within the not for profit sector is looking for a highly motivated person who will join as an administration on a fully remote basis.

The ‘must have’ requirements for the role:

- must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- proven ability to work on your own initiative and is results driven.
- excellent attention for detail and accuracy.
- must have full Irish driving licence and own transport.

The role, what you will be doing:

This is primarily a remote desk-based role located in Ireland with occasional travel to exhibitions and team meetings in Ireland.

Ideally you will have experience and skills in most if not all of the areas and activities outlined below.

- Helping organisations launch their fundraiser service – this will include preparing and processing the documents required to launch, e.g. customer details form, launch forms, permit application form, promotional materials, slides, inputs for new customer websites.
- Supporting the customers with their day-to-day requirements, queries and reports.
- Administration and processes - documentation, records, data, trackers, reports, customer communications, customer queries & support etc.
- Managing customer records and documents on the systems.
- Update customer data and provide customer reports.
- Prepare data, promo materials and manage the activities involved in special campaigns and events.
- Preparing promotional materials, communications templates,
- Update information on their websites
