At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a drivenOperations Administratorto join our client's growing team based near Naas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedOperations Administrator in the metal fabrication sector to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
- Receiving and processing initial customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Acting as a general office administrator and greeting visitors in the reception.
- Allocating stock to jobs and liaising with yard supervisors on scheduling and progress.
- Matchinginvoices to works dockets, supporting reconciliation and stock entry
- Maintaining dailystock system updatesand supporting monthly stocktakes
- Working closely with theOperations Manager and Accountantto keep everything moving
Experience you need:
- 3+ years' experience as an Administrator in the Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing industry
- Previous experience working with order processing and stock management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ order management systems.
- Experience liaising with multiple internal departments (yard, accounts, operations).
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
