We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong generalist experience who excels at building and maintaining a strong organizational culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently while managing a wide range of HR responsibilities. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering HR support across a range of areas including culture, engagement, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Culture and Engagement:

- Champion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting values and behaviors that align with the company’s mission and goals.

- Manage the annual engagement survey and action planning with business areas.

- Get involved in planning and organising company events & social activities.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless and positive experience, including coordinating schedules for onsite presence as required.

3. Performance Management:

- Support managers in implementing performance review processes and provide guidance on employee development.

- Advise on and address employee relations matters, promoting constructive resolution and effective communication.

4. HR Operations and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and leave management as needed.

- Assist with monthly payroll process.

5. Strategic Support:

- Collaborate with senior HR and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes for increased efficiency and impact.

6. HR Generalist Activities:

- Provide expert HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

- Develop, administer, and improve HR policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal requirements.

- Oversee employee records and HR systems to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, with strong exposure to culture and engagement initiatives, employee relations, and HR operations.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. CIPD membership or working towards membership is preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
4. Skills:
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
6. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in the technology, digital, or creative industries.
2. Previous experience supporting hybrid or remote teams.
3. Demonstrated success in driving culture and engagement initiatives.

Work Arrangement: This role requires a hybrid work setup with a preference for onsite presence at least 1 day per week and additional days as needed for activities like onboarding and key meetings.
