Actively support the design, communication, and execution of global integrated HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
- Change Management & Organisational Development: Support change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Lead efforts to improve organisational effectiveness, team cohesion, and leadership development within the portfolio.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment and employee wellbeing. Support local teams with employee engagement strategies and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation, benefits, and other HR-related strategies, particularly for financial institutions in the UK and Ireland, but not only.
- Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Work with leadership and the global HR team to continuously refine and promote the company's EVP. Support local employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with global strategy and enhancing our presence in the UK and Ireland.
- Data & Reporting: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to provide insights to leadership and the global HR team. Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR activities, compliance, and workforce trends in the UK and Ireland. Prepare, analyse, and manage HR-related budgets and cost plans, ensuring financial efficiency across HR initiatives.

What you bring:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
