Payroll Analyst: (1 year contract role)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
What we need you to do:
- Timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations
- Compilation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management, as required
- Payroll posting
- Payroll cost and business unit analysis
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal/external stakeholders
- Completion of payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation
- Participation in month-end and year-end payroll processes and reporting
- Supporting other Finance team members with ad-hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Basic understanding of payroll regulation and taxation in Ireland and the UK (knowledge of other countries considered an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Experience with UKG/Immedis or a similar outsourced payroll provider is an advantage
