Our global pharmaceutical client in Dublin South has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 13 month contract. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic HR team within a large multinational environment.

They are seeking someone with strong HR Generalist experience who thrives in a collaborative culture and has ideally worked within a large or matrixed organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:

· Support HR projects and daily operations across various teams in Ireland.

· Organise and coordinate HR meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.

· Maintain and update HR systems, tools, and policies to ensure accessibility and ease of use.

· Assist with onboarding processes, employee engagement events, and internal HR programmes.

· Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide support to managers and employees.

· Assist in the management of occupational health cases, global mobility processes, and HR reporting activities.

· Participate in HR initiatives and represent the HR function at local meetings and events.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) support role, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification or a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage).

· Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with strong project management skills.

· Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Confident in building relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.

· Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
