Key job responsibilities

The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. 1. Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
2. Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
3. Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
4. Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024/2025
2. Flexibility to working weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
3. Applicants must have valid work authorization in Korea
4. Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad
5. Korean/English Business Communication Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
2. GPA 3.0/4.5 above
3. TOEIC 700, TOFEL 70, Opic IM3 above
4. Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall
5. Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
6. Passionate about customers and new technology
7. Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
8. Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
9. Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
10. Advanced English communication skills
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills
12. Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
13. Self-starter who is excited about technology
14. Troubleshooting / Support experience
