Post ID: 038499 Post Summary**:** The Partnership Development Officer will be responsible for advancing collaborative working with external partners with a focus on graduate recruitment, skills development, and the development of work-based learning opportunities for Trinity students. They will be responsible for building and nurturing lasting and impactful relationships with these external partners (e.g., national and multinational employers, government, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), not-for-profit organisations, employer representative bodies) and for the development and implementation of related events (e.g., careers fairs) and activities (e.g., Trinity Career Skills Award). Reporting to the Director of Careers (or their designate), they will work closely with external partners, staff in the Careers Service, Trinity Micro-credentials and Trinity Teaching & Learning, Schools, and other staff involved in external partnership development across College, e.g., Trinity Research and Innovation, Portal, Trinity Development and Alumni, as well as with undergraduate and postgraduate student representatives and societies. They will develop expertise and knowledge in graduate employability, labour market trends and future skills needs to contribute to Careers Service planning in terms of partnership development and enterprise engagement. Post status: Specific Purpose Contract This employment is for the specific purpose of filling a Partnership Development Officer (AO2) vacancy on a temporary basis pending the return of the postholder from providing career break cover. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€58,415 - €68,639 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
