Overview

We are looking to welcome a Senior Team Leader to an outstanding Rapport team. You will be based in Dublin supporting the Head of Customer Service who manages the Front of House team. The Senior Team Leader will actively seek to enhance working relationships with clients, other service suppliers and colleagues throughout the day.

You will act as a role model for all ambassadors by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks.

Contract and Hours

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Salary: €49600 per annum

Main Responsibilities

- Inspire and lead the CEL and wider team to deliver a 5-star experience across all Dublin sites.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the Dublin offices.
- Being involved in the recruitment process, onboarding, training and development of the team members, including managing their performance and conducting reviews and PDRs.
- Taking part in HR processes when required, having a great understanding and experience in it.
- Dealing with rotas, sickness, lateness and staffing issues
- Review of existing standards and policies while implementing new best practices to ensure we adapt to the client needs
- Managing projects as assigned and organising teams to assist in these efforts
- Promote a professional and pro-active image to the team
- Ensure H&S policies are in place and followed by the team.

The ideal candidate will

- Preferably have previous team leadership experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Be adaptable and flexible, creative and proactive, organised and detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Will be from a luxury hotel background within a 4 star or 5 star property.
- 2 plus years of team management essential
- F&B events experience advantageous but not essential
