We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team and support every stage of the customer lifecycle; working with our Sales, Project and Success teams providing both industry and solution-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Core Accountabilities

- Ensuring all qualified sales opportunities are effectively supported throughout the sales cycle to maximise sales success and achieve the highest possible deal size.
- Delivering the agreed solution as part of the implementation process, configuring it to meet customer requirements, and ensuring a solution that provides value and maximises growth opportunities.
- Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Nutritics customers by expanding the use of our solutions through projects and customer health checks.
- Creation and delivery of solution training content that maximises user adoption and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team and prospects to understand requirements and design suitable processes & solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, including solution design, RFP completion and technical statement of work.
- Provide technical expertise and answer prospect queries during the pre-sales process.
- Support Marketing team initiatives and events.

Project Implementation:

- Consult and advise on best practice solution configuration.
- Configure and deliver Nutritics solutions to meet agreed scope.
- Deliver required training, ensuring customers are set up for success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation queries throughout the project.

Technical Success:

- Consulting with, and guiding customers on industry and customer best practices; optimising solution utilisation and driving success
- Develop and implement strategies to help customers maximise their return on investment.
- Supporting the Customer Experience teams, maximising customer retention.

Training and Support:

- Create training materials and content for both internal and external use.
- Deliver ongoing training as needed to ensure both customers and internal teams are skilled to get the best from every solution.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The Ideal candidate will have

- Proven experience in a pre-sales, implementation or technical solutions role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions to technical challenges.
- The ability to work using your own initiative whilst working alongside a team to achieve both personal and team objectives.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.

Location and Hours of Work

Our weekly hours of work are 37.5 covering Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role and we offer a lot of flexibility around core hours. Teams based in Ireland and the UK are required to work from the local office one day every two weeks.

This role can be based either in Ireland or the UK - Dublin or London Office.
