Job Type Permanent Remote Work Option Hybrid Category Insurance Location Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Commercial Market Strategy Analyst Role Location: Dublin or Kilkenny Company: Vhi Insurance DAC An opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Commercial Market Strategy Analyst (TL1) within the Commercial Market Strategy Team. This role will involve conducting deep analysis and providing strategic advice to the CMS team and key stakeholders, as well as supporting key initiatives. Benefits: Hybrid working opportunities Health Insurance Performance related pay Company pension And many more Role Purpose Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage change initiatives Conduct in-depth, industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Develop and present strategic recommendations using contemporary frameworks Support the execution of strategic initiatives and monitor progress against KPI's Prepare high quality reports and dashboards Leading the requirement development for key projects and prepare business cases for Annual Business Planning (Employer Digital Solutions) Lead and participate in workshops with business stakeholders to develop requirements and capture business processes Lead improvements to our Business Analysis processes Tracking progress against key initiatives for Corporate Business and reporting on same quarterly (CBMG) Provide early warnings of any deviation to plan key metrics for the business and insight into the reasons for these Perform root cause analysis of business issues and develop recommendations/solutions in conjunction with other stakeholders Education & Experience The appropriate employee must be able to demonstrate: Strong analytical ability Relavent 3rd level degree High degree of numeracy Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders , at all levels Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a self-starter Structured and disciplined approach to work Very proficient in MS Office systems specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem solving skills and be solution oriented Behaviours in line with Vhi values Vhi is an equal opportunities employer.
