What the day will look like What the Day Will Look Like as a Corporate Service Delivery Lead and Executive Paraplanner, you will play a vital part in supporting our corporate advice clients and contributing to Aon's Human Capital proposition. Corporate Service Delivery Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of outstanding service for corporate advice clients, reinforcing Aon's reputation as a partner in Human Capital strategy Manage project delivery on corporate engagements, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Manage and streamline workflows, identifying improvement opportunities that benefit clients and the broader Human Capital agenda Champion compliance, risk management, and best practices across all activities, supporting clients in their people and business goals Paraplanner responsibilities: Act as the pivotal link between advisers, clients, and support teams to coordinate and deliver seamless paraplanning services for our High Net Worth clients Prepare detailed reports and tailored recommendations, using financial planning software (such as Voyant) to support advisers in delivering impactful financial and HR-related advice How this opportunity is different This dual role combines leading and enhancing service delivery for corporate advice clients as part of Aon's Human Capital strategy, with providing expert technical and administrative paraplanning support including detailed cashflow and financial planning for high net worth and corporate clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience as a paraplanner or project manager within corporate client services, with strong technical and analytical skills Familiarity with financial planning requirements as well as workforce and HR challenges faced by corporate clients Excellent organisational skills and the agility to prioritise and manage diverse workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills, building bridges across advice, HR, and operations teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and innovation Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) designation is essential How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
