Document Controller

Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Waterford
Salary: DOE

Position Summary:
To provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring documentation, reporting, and scheduling activities are completed accurately and on time. The role contributes to the efficient coordination and execution of projects by maintaining effective communication and supporting project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Assist with project reporting and monitoring progress.
Provide administrative support to the project team.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

Skills & Experience Required:


Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience working a similar role with the Construction/Engineering industry is essential.
