Highly experienced Legal PA sought by top 5 Irish Law firm. This is an excellent move for a PA working in a mid-size or large commercial firm. You will be joining one of Ireland’s best known names in the legal world, a firm who truly value their Legal PAs and endeavour to help them on a path to progression through team leadership opportunities.
- Role provides support to Partners and other fee-earners
- Work across Commercial and Employment practice groups.
- Hybrid working – Dublin 2 – close to St. Stephens Green.
Ideal candidates for this role will need to have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary
- Strong experience with managing complex monthly and quarterly billing processes and the use of billing software.
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in business support including diary and inbox management, travel booking and expenses processing.
Your duties in this role will include all of the above and also see you use your experience in areas such as Client Onboarding and AML processes, digital dictation and the maintenance of the client database. The firm offers excellent salaries D.O.E. and there is also a very strong benefits package attached.
