The opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and help power Teamwork.com's planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll play a vital role in helping us understand how the business is performing, where we're headed, and how we can optimise for growth and efficiency.

This role requires someone who thrives on accuracy, digs into the "why" behind the numbers, and is always looking for ways to improve how we work. We're not looking for someone to sit back and wait for instruction. We're looking for someone who's proactive, curious, and excited to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Head of Finance in running the annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Model revenue and expenditure using structured, reliable methods to support accurate financial planning
- Analyse historical financial data and industry trends to identify key drivers and improve forecast precision
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and refine models and forecasts
- Work closely with the Controllership team to ensure consistency between planning data and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including variance analysis and performance metrics
- Provide clear, actionable insights into key financial and operational metrics to support decision-making
- Maintain and improve financial models that help evaluate business performance and investment scenarios
- Partner with teams across the business - including RevOps, GTM, R&D, and People Operations - to understand drivers and align plans
- Support business leaders with ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling, and commercial decision support
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data integrity

- A detail-first mindset, where you take pride in getting it right, checking your work, and ensuring it stands up to scrutiny
