The successful candidate will be joining one of Ireland and the UKs most respected fit-out specialists, known for their award-winning work across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. With a strong pipeline of elite projects and a reputation for excellence, this is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an experienced professional ready to make their mark. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations from inception to completion Coordinate all trades and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and safety Ensure full compliance with Irish building and restoration regulations Liaise with clients, architects, conservation officers, and design teams Maintain high standards of workmanship in keeping with the historic nature of the building Report progress to senior management and provide regular updates Take full responsibility for site health & safety and ensure best practices at all times Requirements Minimum 3+ years experience in a site/project management role Strong background in high-end fit-outs, ideally with experience in Georgian or listed building restorations Excellent understanding of Irish conservation and restoration regulations is a strong advantage Proven ability to manage complex, detailed projects with multiple stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full clean driving licence Relevant construction qualification (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Carpentry background etc. Whats on Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time permanent role with excellent career progression potential Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone provided Opportunity to work on one of Dublins most exciting and unique restoration projects Be part of a team that values craftsmanship, detail, and quality Interested?
