Job Title: Senior Site Manager

This is a high-level site leadership role overseeing the final stages of a large residential project in West Dublin.

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of on-site health and safety, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with regulations.
  • The successful candidate will report on progress weekly, and proactively address any delays to keep the project on track.
  • Key responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, documentation, snagging and handover, labour and material tracking, and unit management.
  • We require a qualified and experienced individual with a strong understanding of construction processes, particularly the final stages of project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman within the construction sector
  • Relevant trade qualifications or technical certification in construction, carpentry, or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specs.
