Why This Role ExistsThe Sales & Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the existing Key Account Management team in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
- Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the Sales team.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for lead generation and sales pipeline contribution.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- CUSTOMER FOCUS: Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role. Preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full clean Irish driver's license.
