Lead QA Engineer

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer who will help take the quality of our games to the next level. You will have the opportunity to directly influence the product and have an active role in the department's growth and development. This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).Find out more . Apply Tasks Testing games on mobile and desktop platforms. Build interaction with other departments on the project; Improve team processes and testing approaches; Manage a QA team (2-5 specialists); Analyze, create, and update test documentation. Our stack We perform manual testing on a large number of platforms and we use TeamCity for builds; We employ the following auxiliary tools: 3uTools, ADB/AppCat, Charles Proxy; We use Qase to work with test cases, and we track crashes in Sentry; We analyze data using the Amplitude functionality; We automate tests in Python. Requirements 2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and evaluating a QA team; Technical background in the field of QA, knowledge of the features of manual testing, development and release of versions of mobile applications or games; Ability to work with documentation: analyzing technical specifications, compiling test documentation; Experience working with analytical systems, as well as experience in analyzing complex technical systems with a large amount of data; Experience in implementing and optimizing processes; Excellent self-organization and work planning skills. Preferred Automation experience; Understanding of the specifics of working with casual projects and the match-3 genre; Ability to organize alpha and beta testing; Experience with Asana, Qase/TestRail/TestIT, etc., Confluence/Coda.
