Financial Sales Manager

I am seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to work with high-net-worth individuals in an entrepreneurial role. This position involves reaching out to provided leads, qualifying them, and scheduling in-person appointments. Your primary goal is to convert prospects into clients by gathering new business and assets. You will focus on consultative selling and closing business deals, supported by specialized portfolio management and client service teams who handle client retention and relationship management.
This is not a cold-calling role but requires extensive client engagement and consultative sales efforts. You will report directly to a senior company leader.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact high-net-worth leads, qualify prospects, and schedule face-to-face meetings.
2. Conduct consultative sales meetings with the goal of acquiring new clients and assets.
3. Focus on closing business deals and building lasting client relationships.
4. Leverage internal portfolio management and client service teams to enhance client experience.
5. Achieve sales targets through a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
Your Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of consistent, measurable sales success with stock market investors.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals.
3. Financial Planning / Financial Advisory background is beneficial.
4. Demonstrated success in closing new investor business.
5. Results-driven, with a mindset that money is a measure of success.
6. Calculated risk-taker with a willingness to take on challenges.
7. Strong closing skills, with outstanding sales achievements.
8. Resilient and optimistic, turning setbacks into opportunities for improvement.
9. High activity orientation and persistence in achieving goals.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with a diverse range of individuals.
11. Highly ethical and professional approach to sales and client relationships.
