The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will need to be target-driven and results-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our sales processes.

Key Requirements
  • Achieve maximum profitability on the sales by selling used cars and promoting finance, insurance & auxiliary products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
  • Build a strong rapport with customers visiting the showroom and proactively seek to find new opportunities for Hertz Car sales outside of the showroom environment.
  • Meet volume & model mix targets set by the company each year.
  • Meet used car targets set each year.
  • Meet targets for outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly & monthly.
  • Meet accessories targets set.
  • Use the enquiry management system and follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner.
