The Company
Join a fast-growing global leader in marketing automation and customer data platforms, powering personalized experiences for some of the world's most recognized e-commerce brands. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in customer engagement — all from the vibrant heart of Dublin, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote for optimal flexibility.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
- Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance outbound processes and support overall team success
Your Skills and Experience
- 6–12 months of professional experience in a SDR, BDR or similar role
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to high standards
- Motivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goals
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
- Fluent in German and English
