Job Title: In-house Insurance Specialist Location: South Dublin Working Model: Two days in office Abrivia are currently recruiting for an In-house Insurance Specialist to join one of Ireland's leading technology businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional to move into an innovative, fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly. You will gain exposure to international insurance products, work closely with technical teams and play a key role in shaping how insurance performs within a global customer base. Your Role Support the performance of international insurance products by working closely with product, tech, commercial and data teams. Analyse insurance performance including claims trends, loss ratios and cost drivers, and provide clear recommendations for improvement. Contribute to commercial discussions and ongoing performance reviews with insurance partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and test product improvements, including A/B testing with technical teams. Assist in managing the claims experience and review claims outcomes to identify areas of opportunity. Help optimise insurance offerings across multiple markets in partnership with underwriting, reinsurance and commercial colleagues. Promote effective communication and information flow between internal teams and stakeholders. Your Skills Experience working within the insurance sector, ideally in underwriting, pricing, claims analysis or insurance product. Strong analytical skills with the ability to examine data and present insights clearly. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a commercial and technology-led environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a regulated insurance environment is advantageous.
