As Junior Sous Chef you will join the Oak and Anvil Restaurant, Oak & Anvil offers simple, yet inventive dishes, using the very best of homegrown produce, in wonderfully relaxed surroundings. Duties: Assist Sous Chef and liase with team members To partake and contribute to all aspects of training in the overall kitchen operation. To prepare and produce food for the area, which you are assigned, and to the standards set by the Head Chef.
