Job Description WeareseekingaskilledandexperiencedConstructionManagerto overseetheexecutionofEPC projects on behalf of our clients in the PV, Wind and BESS sectors. The successful candidate has experience with construction management and will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring high quality and safety compliance. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Thisrolecombinesstrategicprojectcoordination withoperationalsiteexecution,ensuring both planning and field implementation are aligned for successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manageandoverseeallon-siteactivities,ensuringworkiscompletedsafely,ontime,andto the required quality. Coordinateandfollow-upwithclients,subcontractors,engineers,andsupplierstoensure smooth execution of construction. Monitorsiteprogress,resolveanyon-siteissuesorconflictsthatmayariseduring construction. Conductregularsiteinspectionsandmeetingstoensurealignmentwithprojectplansand specifications. Maintainaccurateandup-to-datesitedocumentation,includingdailyreports,safetyrecords, and progress updates. Ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety and environmental regulations. WorkcloselywiththeProjectManagertoprovideupdatesonsiteactivities,risks,and potential delays. Supporttheprocurementprocessbyorderingadditionalmaterials inadvancetomitigate delays. Supportthehandoverprocessatprojectcompletion,ensuringthatallclientrequirementsare met. Qualifications: A strong track record of at least 2 years of experience in managing construction sites, preferably from EPC projects within the PV, wind and BESS energy sector. Knowledgeofconstructionprocesses,sitesafety,qualitymanagementandproject management. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate site teams. Provenexperienceworkingwithsubcontractors,suppliers,andauthoritiesintheconstruction industry. Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
