Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of decarbonisation (D-Carb) and general construction projects across the Leinster region . Working primarily on schools and commercial builds, you’ll take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. This is a fully on-site role with a reputable Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery.

Lead D-Carb retrofit and energy efficiency projects within live school and commercial environments.

Coordinate design teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and quality targets.

Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.

Conduct site meetings, inspections and performance reviews.

Identify and resolve project risks, issues, or delays proactively.

Support and lead site teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.

Requirements

Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Project Lead or Construction Project Manager.

Proven experience working with a Main Contractor on general construction projects.

Strong understanding of building fabric, retrofit and decarbonisation works.

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Relevant construction qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar).

Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across Leinster.

Benefits
