About the Company Our client is one of Irelands leading main contractors, renowned for delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a major pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a prestigious large-scale residential development in Dublin City. Role Overview The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of this high-profile development. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project from pre-construction through to completion ensuring that it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a large multi-unit residential project from inception to handover. Manage all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and the client to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective measures where required. Oversee procurement, cost control, and contract administration. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to on-site staff. Requirements Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 8+ years experience in construction management, with a proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects of significant scale. Strong understanding of construction processes, project programming, and commercial management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g. MS Project, Excel, Procore). Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
