A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Dublin have a new opportunity for an experience Construction Project Manager to join the team. The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be highly experienced with proven success leading site-based teams on complex, large-scale projects delivered under the NEC contracts. The Project Manager will coordinate between the contractor, design teams, and the clientensuring delivery thats safe, high-quality, on time, and within budget. As a Site-Based Project Manager, you will: Lead project delivery teams across multiple work packages on site Act as Project Manager, fulfilling all contractual duties Oversee QA including inspections, test witnessing, and materials approval Ensure full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulations Monitor progress and risks, driving mitigation plans where needed Maintain detailed site records and reporting to support change control Build strong, collaborative relationships with contractors while ensuring contract compliance Review Method Statements, ITPs, and H&S Plans with a critical eye Report safety issues and non-conformances professionally and promptly Support risk management, early warnings, and compensation event processes Mentor junior team members, supporting their development on site Desired Skills & Experience: Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. Chartered status is highly desired (e.g., CEng, MCIOB, ChPP) or working towards it Strong experience delivering infrastructure or civil engineering projects on site Proven knowledge of NEC3/NEC4, especially the Project Manager role Experience in transportation, rail, utilities, or major infrastructure is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a sharp eye for detail Full driving licence Salary & Benefits: €Negotiable Generous holiday allowance Professional subscriptions Pension, Bonus Hybrid working Death in service benefit / Life assurance Parking If you are an experienced Project Manager meeting the criteria above, holding eligibility to work in Ireland, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for more details on this and other opportunities.
