Pre-Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to work for one of Europe’s top engineering contractors. You’ll be the one making sure projects are set up for success before construction starts. That means reviewing plans, working with designers, presenting to clients, and pulling together the right people and partners for the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pull project plans together and set up execution strategies.
Manage the pre-construction and estimating process.
Lead presentations for internal teams and clients.
Work with designers to shape detailed project designs.
Build out the right delivery team.
Review tenders and prepare responses.
Map out logistics, schedules, and methodologies.
Partner with supply chain and subcontractors.
Plan lifting, cranes, and temporary works.
Spot project risks and put mitigation in place.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or similar.
5–10 years’ experience (at least 5 in a Project Manager role).
Solid background in pre-construction project management .
Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is a big plus.
Strong communicator, team player, and problem solver.
