Mater Private Network are seeking to recruit a Radiology Scheduling Manager to join our team. This mid-level management role is to provide administrative support within the Radiology Department function and manage a team of administrative staff under your remit. Reporting to the Corporate Operations Manager, the role encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities which include the following: Key Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the success of the Radiology Scheduling team ensuring a timely response to all requests in accordance with the standards established by the Hospital. Manage the day-to-day operations of your department Manage the performance of staff. Co-operate and work in harmony with other teams and disciplines. Skills, competencies and/or knowledge Demonstrate: You are an experienced team manager Previous experience in Health Care is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent planning and organisational skills including using computer technology effectively. Commitment to providing a quality service and customer service skills. Flexibility, problem solving and initiative skills including the ability to adapt to change. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
