Our client provides residential support to their service users and uses a strength's based approach to ensure each service user has an opportunity to live their best life. This facility in the disability sector offersenhanced services and facilities to service users with a physical and sensory disability.Successful candidates will work in a residential setting supporting individuals with all activities of daily living and enable them to live independent lives in line with HIQA national standards. We are currently accepting CVs for Social Care Workers for residential services in Blackrock, Cork.We invite you to apply for this role if you have a genuine passion for delivering high standard of care and if you wish to work for an employer who truly values their staff and ensures the service users are at the centre of everyday activities Your key responsibilities will include but not limit to: To actively engage with each client's Key Worker in the implementation of Person Centred and Care Plans. To assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care needs. To be aware of the Health act 2007 and the H.I.Q.A Regulations for Disability Services.
