Front of House Sales Administrator

The Front of House Administrator in this company is the heartbeat of our clients sales admin function. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll support the field sales team and welcome visitors to the showroom, all while ensuring that operations behind the scenes run seamlessly. Salary & Benefits:

€35,000
Onsite Parking
Working onsite in offices in Dublin 11 Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

Screen and schedule home survey appointments for our Sales Consultants
Support the Field Sales Team with product samples and documentation
Process and acknowledge incoming customer orders
Welcome and guide customers through our showroom and product range
Liaise with Marketing to help coordinate and optimise appointment bookings
Prepare daily sales reports and support regular admin tasks
Manage incoming calls and handle post
Maintain high standards across reception and showroom areas

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Strong empathy and a customer-first approach
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
A proactive attitude and collaborative team spirit
