The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Sales Manager – Residential QLD, we are looking for a motivated and engaging sales professional who:

1. Can develop profitable relationships, network for new customers, maximize existing relationships and be part of a team that values shared success.
2. Thrives on using their strategic and consultative selling approach in a way that challenges customers' thinking, builds trusted advisor status and engages them to buy.
3. Leverages internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to unlock opportunities for growth.

What we hope you bring to the table:

1. A positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for sales success.
2. Minimum 3 years demonstrated sales experience in hardware, manufacturing or FMCG.
3. Exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
4. Tertiary qualification in business/sales/marketing preferred.
