Legal PA

We are currently looking for a Legal PA for our client based in Dublin 2. In this role you will be supporting multiple partners. The ideal candidate for this role will come from a legal background but they will also be an experienced PA with a confidence and awareness for commercial business.

Location: Dublin 2
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:


Proactively manage a busy inbox and diary, coordinating both domestic and international meetings.
Oversee all travel arrangements, including bookings, itinerary preparation, expenses, and invoice processing.
Support client events by preparing invite lists, maintaining trackers, and ensuring accurate records.
Update and maintain data integrity within the CRM system in an efficient manner.
Prioritise workloads effectively and meet strict deadlines while providing additional support when needed


About You:


Proven experience in a similar administrative role within professional services or a corporate environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong IT and data management skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and presentation abilities.
Proactive, professional, and eager to learn and grow.
