Dublin, Ireland Lex Consultancy Full time

Leading Irish law firm are currentlyhiring a LegalPA to join them on a permanent basis. This person will join an experience Commercial Property team, working alongside and receiving training from Senior Legal PAs. This is an urgent requirement and a wonderful opportunity for a Legal Secretary in a small or mid-size firm with conveyancing experience to make the leap to Commercial Real Estate work.

- Hybrid role offering benefits and a strong salary.

- Offices in Dublin 2 – close to Luas, Bus and Dart

- Excellent company culture and the chance to receive training in commercial billing, complex contract formatting and large commercial transactions.

Duties of this role will include:

- Billing – preparing invoices, WIP management and tracking of accounts.

- PA style duties including diary management, meeting booking, expenses.

- Production of legal documents – dictations, typing, formatting etc.

- Maintaining accurate client files and database.

Suitable candidates for this role will have:

- 1-2yearsexperience working as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA, ideally within Real Estate.

- Knowledge of and experience working with the Land Registry / gathering documentation from clients and other legal professionals / maintaining client database.
