Legal PAs looking for a super exciting new challenge this is the perfect role for you We are working with a global law firm who are on a massive scale up journey. In line with this, they have new Partners starting with them imminently to build a brand new practice area Technology and Media law. This is an opportunity for an adaptable Legal PA to join a firm where PAs are truly supported and appreciated and to work in a brand new team. Location: Dublin 2 // Four days onsite weekly Two minutes from Luas and bus Working hours: 9am 5.30pm Now very much in their expansion era, the Dublin office of this international legal powerhouse has built a collaborative culture in a stunning open plan office. There is a focus on open communication and PAs work as a team while reporting to Partners. Day to day duties in this role will include: Diary management and meeting scheduling. Inbox management. New client onboarding, letters of engagement and AML checks. Travel booking flights, hotels, restaurants and events. Expenses. Billing. Suitable candidates will need to have: Minimum two years as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary Experience using systems exposure to 3E, ChromeRiver, iManage, inTapp, or BigHand.
