Your mission...

The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer. This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes/guidelines/training related to quality control and departmental efficiency by coordinating with other team leads and colleagues working on the same customer projects.

Your every day...

- Manage a team of successful sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training and feedback; delegating tasks effectively.
- Performance Management, setting clear expectations.
- Providing forecasts and reviews.
- Reporting, presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders.

What you need...

- Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
- Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role.
- Solution-driven mentality and effective time management skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching and leadership.
