We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Team Leader as a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport. Running a 24 hour service, shifts will be: 4 days On, 4 days Off 12 hour shifts, (with 1 Hour break) rotating early late 7AM-7 PM and 7 PM-7AM As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the valet parking team, as direct line management to our Drivers and Customer Service Advisors, providing direction and maintaining the efficient daily running of the service. What youll need Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease Proven people management, inclusive of development training Ability to handle any minor mechanical issues with a car A Full valid UK/ EU car licence for over 12 months Experience driving right-hand drive vehicles confidently Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environment Basic computer literacy The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands What youll do Direct line management of Drivers and Customer Service Advisors to provide direction of vehicle runs and duties throughout the day, completing preparatory work to the cars to ensure they are ready for departure for the Driver [such as de-icing] Responsible for directing drivers to their appropriate parking location in the Green Car Park to ensure all vehicles are moved efficiently throughout the day Responsible for vehicle key management including daily vehicle counts Management and driving of a runner vehicle, ensuring it is charged and readily equipped with petrol and diesel in the event this is required for customer vehicles What well offer you... €35,020 per annum [with a Night shift allowance] 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Company pension after 6 months service Life insurance Private online GP service Discretionary employee incentive bonus scheme Access to our Employee Assistance programme Employee discounts Free coach travel Private online GP service Endless opportunities for career progression within the business We reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of applications before the advertised closed date.
