Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams serve the financing needs of our Corporate Clients within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB). Located across EMEA, APAC, and Americas, the SCM teams are integral to an ambitious global industrialization initiative led from Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the SCM Industrialization Program:

1. Oversee and track the progress of the program, ensuring key deliverables are met.
2. Manage program governance, expectations, and communications at the executive level.
3. Set and uphold high standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance across the program.
4. Foster collaboration and strong communication across Business, IT, and Operations teams globally.
5. Provide regular reports on program progress, KPIs, risks, and resolutions.
6. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Lead or Contribute to Transformation Projects:

1. Manage project scope, progress, and reporting (cost, time, quality, risks).
2. Collect and analyze business requirements, suggesting solutions where necessary.
3. Define and review impacted processes, with a focus on risk management (operational, compliance, etc.).
4. Coordinate project teams, ensuring effective risk management and timely delivery.
5. Create support documentation such as processes, guidelines, and operational procedures.
6. Oversee Change Management to ensure smooth adoption of project changes.

Additional Contributions:

1. Share expertise and contribute to the Supply Chain Knowledge Bank.
2. Assist in formulating business cases with an emphasis on operational impact.
3. Ensure the implementation of global guidelines, compliance requirements, and control plans within operational hubs.
4. Maintain proactive follow-up on audit recommendations.
5. Engage in strategic planning, helping define objectives, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources efficiently.
6. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role managing multiple complex projects.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills in a global, multicultural environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and deliver results in dynamic settings.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
