A well-established mid-size main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a key role managing contractual, commercial, and procurement aspects of a major construction project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage all contract administration and commercial management activities on-site and off-site. Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements. Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Provide guidance to project teams on contract interpretation and risk management. Lead claims management and resolve commercial disputes efficiently. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders on contractual matters. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or related discipline. Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects is preferred.
