Overview Senior Quantity Surveyor role at AECOM in Dublin. This involves leading cost management activities and delivering high‑quality survey services for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities Lead cost management commissions and take responsibility for their successful delivery.
Provide support to other surveyors on the team in delivering project services.
Provide effective mentoring and support to Graduate Surveyors.
Ensure projects and tasks are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
Develop strong reciprocal relationships with consultants and project team members.
Interface with AECOM clients and design team members on specific projects.
Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs on allocated projects in line with timescales and quality standards.
Provide full Cost Management duties to AECOM clients on allocated projects.
Participate in non-project team activities such as QA, office management, business development, and H&S.
Sector experience Infrastructure projects.
Qualifications Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Professionally Qualified – on the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland; preferably Chartered Quantity Surveyor with RICS or SCSI.
Excellent IT Skills with the ability to use digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools.
