The Role

- Provide general administrative support to the legal team

- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

- Assist with case management, file maintenance, and document organisation

- Handle diary management, meeting scheduling, and client communications

- Perform data entry and update case management systems

- Support the legal team with general office administration

The Person

- Previous experience in a legal support role, preferably within Property

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a busy workload

- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality
