Salary and Benefits:
12–15 Month Contract
€35k with €3k completion Bonus
Opportunity to apply for Permanent positions while working onsite
Dublin 15
3% employer pension contribution
HSF healthcare, income protection, death-in-service (4x salary)
21 days annual leave + bank holidays
Duties & Responsibilities:
Keep engineers timesheets and hours running like clockwork
Manage weekly project/tender costings and financial uploads
Support day-to-day operations and respond to engineer queries
Help dispatch job tickets and maintain departmental guidelines
Jump in where needed to keep everything moving
Essential Requirements:
5+ years’ admin experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
Top-notch communication and attention to detail
A calm, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A flexible, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
