Territory Manager - Hospital Division | Ireland ?? Field-based | ?? Your Role You'll be driving sales across a niche portfolio of ENT and Gynae products - from capital equipment to consumables - engaging daily with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff and procurement teams. Expect a mix of account management, new business development, and hands-on product training. Key Responsibilities Grow sales across your territory Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships Identify new opportunities and leads Deliver training on new and existing equipment Attend hospital exhibitions and support wider sales efforts Collaborate on marketing campaigns and initiatives What You'll Need Full driving licence Previous medical sales experience a necessity (ENT/gynae a plus but required) Technically minded and quick to learn Confident working under pressure Candidate ideally situated near Dublin or Belfast, but open to all applicants Strong networks with hospitals in Ireland What's On Offer Base salary commensurate with experience Excellent commission scheme and geared towards the high growth stage this company is in Company car Fuel & credit cards Lunch allowance Laptop & phone 5% matched pension Health insurance Death in service cover This is a business with momentum - new headcount added every year, exclusive products across UK & Ireland, and established on all major national frameworks.
