Design Build Searchis recruiting aSite Engineer on behalf of our client located inCounty Dublin. The successful candidate will support the construction management team in overseeing and coordinating the on-site delivery of key building components across various projects. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and work on exciting, high-profile projects across Leinster. Responsibilities: Carry out setting out, levelling, and quality assurance activities, including monitoring concrete quality through cube testing, slump checks, and related procedures. Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and all key dimensions before concrete pours, ensuring compliance with design specifications and maintaining accurate materials reconciliation records. Keep comprehensive records of on-site operations, including daily site diaries, documentation uploads to the DMS, and other administrative duties. Supervise both directly employed staff and subcontractors involved in different aspects of the construction process. Ensure full compliance with the companys health, safety, environmental, and quality management policies at all times. Requirements: Applicants should hold a relevant engineering qualification and possess at least two to three years experience working with a building contractor. Strong IT proficiency and a good command of surveying tools and instruments are essential. Self-motivated individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team will find excellent opportunities for progression within the organisation.
