AMD together we advance_ Contractor - Administrator role We are looking for an experienced administrator to help manage our Site & also provide support to our leadership team. This is a hybrid (3 days on site) role based in our Cork office in Little Island. The Role Provide support to engineering teams based in Cork Provide support to the HQ(Dublin) site administration manager Support Wireless Team administrator Provide ad hoc support to other teams as required Liaise with other functions onsite to host external visitors (agenda's, visitor badges etc) Manage room bookings events via Outlook calendar. Create Facilities requests on Archibus Visa letters and other documents preparation Assist & coordinate PowerPoint presentations for events (Townhalls, VIP visits, etc.) Provide support for on-site events Prepare and process purchasing requisitions for supplies Liaise with administrators/EAs at other AMD locations Board room set up (including name tags, swag etc) On site Events preparations Order catering, facilities & IT support File documents Schedule meetings Share action items Follow up on action item Create promotional content/blogs for local site initiatives/events Manage site-related sharepoint/confluence areas Manage enrolment in training courses Interact with facilities team to manage office related facilities issues Interact with local services suppliers to resolve facilities, IT related issues Interact with building management company and other building tenants on common building issue (Fire drills, Health and Safety, Maintenance issues) Manage desk allocation in the office Requirements: Essential: Previous administrative or office support experience Good communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees Self-motivated, reliable, and organised Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure Desirable: Knowledge of SAP & Concur Expense Management #LI-DH1 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance .
